    Then come to an Open Class to begin your experience, it is also a perfect way to continue your process regularly and go deeper.

    No prior experience is required. Yvette will begin with a brief introduction and demonstration and then an hour-long transmission will follow.

  • If you've already experienced an Open Class, then you can take part in the Go deeper classes, which do not include an introduction - just a deep dive into your energy journey.

  • The online classes are quite similar to the in-person classes. Some people feel more relaxed and energized in a group environment, while others prefer the comfort of their own homes. For some, the energy of online classes is slightly less intense while others feel like it’s just as powerful.

  • One-on-one private sessions offer the opportunity to delve deeper into the process with all attention focused on YOU. This is also a great choice for those who would like a more personal setting.

    A private session can also be booked with an additional person.

This is a powerful yet gentle activation, where the energy builds up gradually, ensuring you receive exactly what you need without shocking your system. The energy transfer and activation help your energy flow more freely within, allowing you to connect more deeply with your true essence, and let go of old patterns and mindsets that no longer serve you.

    You will lie down on a yoga mat, while music is played. Lina and Yvette will gently touch or press some of your chakra or meridian points to activate the energy within you and work to harmonize with your energy field. 

    Engaging in these sessions can be a truly profound and personal experience. Beneath the surface, a transformative process unfolds, with the potential to catalyze lasting positive changes in one's life.     - Participants must be under the age of 18

    - Individuals under the influence of alcohol or drugs are not permitted

    - Those with a history of epilepsy or psychosis should refrain from attending

    ** For those taking antidepressants or heart medication, we recommend a lower dose of the cacao. Please let us know in advance if you're on any medications or if you're pregnant, so we can adjust the amount accordingly.
