Starting soon, I'm excited to offer a 6-session course for those who wish to delve deeper into their inner power. We'll gather every other week in a small, intimate group of no more than 8 participants in the cozy space at “Stationen” in Österskär.

The focus of this course will be on awakening your inner life energy, fostering personal and spiritual development, and truly getting to know yourself. Energy activation (LFA) will be a central component, but you'll also have the opportunity to experience and explore other transformative practices, such as guided meditations, movement, ceremonial cacao, Breathwork, and more that I can't wait to share with you.

We'll dive deep into the realm of Kundalini Shakti and explore how energy activation affects us on various levels. Additionally, we'll venture into other realms that support our self-discovery. There will be ample time for sharing, contemplation, and reflection - a truly magical journey of profound personal growth and collective evolution.
