We need to know a bit about you in order to provide you with information mailings, payment information and statistics in line with this overall policy. We will not collect more information than we need to provide our services to you. Your data is also saved with our payment provider Stripe and our accounting service/financial advisor.
DATA STORAGE
Your data is saved for 7 years according to the Swedish Accounting Act. After that, your data will be deleted if you are no longer a customer with us. Your data is stored as long as we have a legal basis to process your data, for example to fulfill the agreement between us or to comply with a legal obligation according to, for example, the Swedish Accounting Act. FORCE MAJURE
In the event of war, natural disaster, industrial action in the labor market, authority decisions, non-delivery from subcontractors, costly circumstances, as well as comparable events beyond our control which could not reasonably have been foreseen, and affect concluded agreements and commitments on our part, which means that we cannot keep said agreement/commitment, shall form the basis for us being released from our obligations to fulfill our agreements.
