What is Life Force Activation?

Life force activation is crafted for individuals ready to delve into a profound connection with themselves and their authentic essence. Throughout this journey, we will harness the power of our creative life force energy, also known as kundalini, alongside exploring non-dual states of consciousness. Through relaxation and embracing receptivity, your innate life force will flow within, dissolving any barriers hindering your elevation to a heightened state of awareness.

This experience embodies a profound encounter with your true essence, offering a balance of grounding and expansion. As you surrender and release, the facilitator will gently guide the transmission of energy by intuitively connecting with various points on your body and harmonizing with your energy field.

In addition to our energetic exploration, we incorporate carefully selected music that serves as a supportive companion on your journey, enhancing the depth and resonance of your experience. Movement serves as a common theme, facilitating emotional release and offering a direct experience of higher states of consciousness.

This energy is inherently yours; the facilitator acts as a transmission vehicle, aiding in the reawakening of this potent energy within you.

Why Life Force Activation?

Since LFA is a natural and gentle process that wont force the system in any way, it creates a very powerful but gradual awakening process that has the potential of lasting transformations in every aspect of your life.

Despite the profound healing and spiritual encounters that may take place during a LFA session, the primary focus is the embodiment of the spirit force and the shifts it brings in your consciousness.

I have no experience with LFA or other energy work, can I come to an open class?

Yes, of course! LFA is not about acquiring knowledge or intellectual understanding, but rather a practice of surrendering and experiencing. Every session is unique so the best way to show up for a class is with an open mind.

What happens during a LFA session?

During a LFA session, you lie down on a yoga mat while some music is played. The facilitator will gently guide the transmission of energy by intuitively connecting with various points on your body and harmonizing with your energy field. On the outside, that is all that occurs. However, what happens on the inside is an totally different story...

Some things that you might experience during a session:

Energetic - pulsations of energy or sensations of coldness or heat in your body.

Bodily movements - stretches, yoga poses, mudras, dance and shaking

Emotions & emotional release; such as joy, laughter, anger, sadness. Just let whatever surface to do so and be released.

Visual - 3rd eye activation, images, colors, visions

Bliss state - A sense of calmness, peace, ecstasy, unity - a feeling of pure love running through you.

Your journey is as unique as you are, and the range of experiences LFA has to offer is vast. When you let go and surrender to the energy, it allows you to reach a deeper level.

What is the difference between a LFA transmission in person and online?

The experience of taking online classes is comparable to that of being in a classroom. Some individuals feel more relaxed and absorb the energy better in a group atmosphere, while others prefer the comfort and privacy of their own homes - whatever feels best for you! Everyone’s experience is unique; some participants might find the energy to be less intense online, whereas others feel it’s just as strong.

What happens after a class?

A LFA class can have diverse impacts on people's lives, and each persons's experience of it will be unique. Nevertheless, it has the potential to positively influence all areas of life. Commonly, people share they have had profound realizations and improved intuition, a new understanding of reality, the ability to feel more deeply and profoundly, a sense of purpose and connectedness to themselves, an open heart attitude and inner wisdom ...the list goes on.

  • I recommend that you don’t eat (or only eat light food) about 2-3 hours prior to LFA.

    Wear comfortable clothes so that you can move effortlessly during the session. If it's chilly, dress warmly so that you don't get chilled throughout the session.

    Afterwards, drink plenty of water since LFA is a deep reset of your whole system.

    Additionally, pay attention to your body's signals and heed what your body requires. Some people may feel energized while others need more rest. You might even find yourself wanting different types of food than usual - stay curious and give your body what it needs.

  • Before the third trimester (up to 28 weeks), you can participate in a LFA-session as long as you feel well and can easily participate in activities such as gymnastics or yoga.

    It is your responsibility to understand what movements your doctor has advised against and which ones should be avoided for you.

    Please make sure to let me know that you are pregnant before the session starts.

  • Participation in a session is contingent on the condition that one is not in a state that prevents them from receiving the energy, this includes:

    • Being intoxicated by alcohol or narcotics

    • Taking psychoactive drugs

    • Epilepsy

    • Suffering from psychiatric illnesses such as psychosis, mania, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia

  • Ones a week is recommended, unless there is a specific event, such as an immersion.

    It's important to give time for integration.

  • LFA is not intended to replace any form of medical, psychological, or therapeutic services. Rather, it is designed as a spiritual exploration and expansion of consciousness.

    Many people have stated that they have experienced physical healing after one or more sessions, though this cannot be guaranteed as a result of LFA nor is it the primary purpose.

  • LFA can be beneficial for those who are struggling with depression or anxiety.

  • If you’ve already experienced an Open Class, then you can take part in the Go Deeper classes, which do not include an introduction.

  • Each person’s experience of LFA will be unique, but it has the potential to positively influence all areas of life. Here are some common experiences that people have reported;

    • profound realizations and improved intuition

    • deepening of consciousness

    • a deeper connection with their Higher Self

    • removal of energetic blockages

    • mental clarity and more focus

    • the ability to feel more deeply and profoundly

    • a sense of purpose and connectedness to themselves
